制程以及出货检查均制定详细的检查作业指导书, 每件产品于制程中均100%经过特殊测量夹具, 精密的量具检查.
磁辊质量非一般磁辊所能匹比, 无论在直线度, 圆度, 圆柱度, 光洁度以及涂层的均匀度均能媲美原装产品.
打印机磁辊:
目前生产的磁辊可分为NA系列, CS, CO系列及CB系列:
NA 系列: 无涂层, 完成全部精加工未涂层之产品.
CS 系列: 表面已处理银色涂层之产品.
CO 系列: 表面已处理黑色涂层(oem原色).
CB 系列: 表面已处理香槟金色涂层之产品.

The Magnetic Rolling Sleeves of SKC Precision are precisely made under strict quality control. We have made detailed guidelines on merchandizing of raw materials, production and pre-shipment inspection. Every piece of product has been 100% checked and measured with special and sophisticated equipment.
Printer MRS:
Currently, we produce these series of MRS: NA, CS, CO and CB series.
NA Series: Raw sleeve (Without any coating)
CS Series: Sleeve are silver coated (Over one cycle)
CO Series: Sleeve are Black coated (Original Color)
CB Series: Sleeve are Champagne Gold coated (Long Life)

Sleeve Bushing & Contact Hub
MRS Bushing is an important parts for laser toner cartridge. Our MRS Bushings are fit for the toner cartridges of these series: AX, VX, PX, SX, EX, WX, HP1100, HP1200, HP4000, HP5000. All our finished products have gone through stringent quality control from cosmetic to dimension, especially, critical dimensions are 100% inspected.
OA Precision Roller - Aluminum tube
Used for printer or copier of transfer roller.
